Where we work across the GTA

The person quoting your project should know the housing stock on your street. We quote these neighbourhoods every week, so a Mimico bungalow and a Meadowvale two-storey each get priced like what they actually are.

Why it matters

A GTA-wide crew that still knows your block

Housing stock changes street to street across the GTA. A quote built for one area rarely fits another, so we price each neighbourhood on its own terms, and we hold every project to the same standard.

We know your street, not just your postal code. Etobicoke lake wind, Scarborough's larger lots, Mississauga's mixed housing stock, North York's postwar bungalows: each area gets priced for what it actually is.

One point of contact, start to finish. We measure, we order, we manage the whole project. No hand-off to chase down once the quote is signed.

The same honest 2026 ranges everywhere. Every area page shows real price ranges before anyone sets foot in your home, not a number we invent after a sales visit.

Liability insurance and WSIB coverage confirmed on every project we run, in every area we cover, before you ever sign anything.

In the GTA but not on this list?

We cover most of the region. Send the quote form and we will tell you straight if your area is outside our reach.

2026 price ranges

What window and door replacement costs across the GTA

Nobody should walk into a quote blind. These are the ranges homeowners see across our coverage area in 2026, the same numbers published on every area page. Your exact price depends on size, material, glass package, and the condition of the openings.

Window replacement cost per window

Window typeTypical installed price

Standard vinyl windows

The most popular choice across the GTA: insulates well, never needs painting, and costs less than wood or fiberglass.

$800 to $1,800

Bay, bow, and custom shapes

Larger and specialty windows need more material and more labour.

$2,500 to $6,000+

Basement and egress windows

Cutting or enlarging an opening for an egress window adds concrete work.

$2,500 to $5,000

Door replacement cost per door

Door typeTypical installed price

Steel entry doors

The workhorse choice for front doors.

$1,500 to $3,500

Fiberglass entry doors

Better insulation and a wood look without the upkeep.

$2,500 to $6,000

Patio and sliding doors

Garden doors and French doors sit at the higher end.

$2,000 to $5,500
Close-up of fiberglass door grain showing realistic wood texture
Real fiberglass grain, not a laminate print.
Water beading and rolling off the surface of a new low-E coated window pane
Low-E glass sheds water instead of holding it.
A sealed front entry door on a red-brick GTA porch, cold blue dusk outside and warm light glowing through the glass

Every area, same standard

Wherever you are in the GTA, the door should seal like this one, not let the winter in around the edges.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on coverage, pricing consistency, and what happens if your street is not listed.

Do prices differ between areas?
The ranges are consistent across the GTA: what changes is which range applies most often. Etobicoke and Mississauga's older lakeside homes lean toward full-frame replacements and larger openings. Scarborough's larger lots mean bigger whole-home projects. North York's mix of postwar bungalows and newer infill spans the widest range. Your written quote reflects your actual openings, not a citywide average.
What if my area isn't listed?
We cover the City of Toronto plus the surrounding GTA, including East York, York, and the downtown core, beyond the four dedicated area pages here. Submit the quote form with your postal code or city and we will tell you straight whether we cover your street, no obligation either way.
Is the quote free everywhere you cover?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to get a written quote from us, anywhere in our GTA coverage. You decide if and when you move forward.
Do you send the same crew across different areas?
We run one team model rather than dispatching whoever is closest. The same crew that measures your home also installs it, wherever in the GTA you are, so there is no hand-off to chase down between quote and install day.
